Introduc on
Our factory is special because it is located in Mezőlak, a small
rural village where tradition and technology meet.
Our company is a world leader in the manufacture of seat
height adjuster, recliners and seat locking mechanisms. The

main business profile of our company is the assembly process
performed on manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic
assembly lines. In addition to high-tech laser and TIG welding,
we perform pressing, riveting, screwing and assembly, and
the automatic lines of our production lines are PLC and robot
controlled.
We cooperate with the world’s largest automotive manufac-
turers, such as: Audi, Ford, Mercedes, Toyota, Mazda, Tesla,
BMW, Volkswagen, in the following vehicle categories: cars,
trucks, CUVs / SUVs.
We are proud that a completely backlash-free recliner prod-
uct family was developed in our factory in Mezőlak. The joint
work of the Hungarian and the German colleagues helped
to achieve this innovation.
We are also proud that we have offi cially become a “Lovable
Workplace”. Our company has become one of the TOP 3 lov-
able large companies of Hungary.

Training
It is important for us that our colleagues receive proper
training. We train our colleagues this way:
• on internal and external trainings
• on professional trainings
• support their BA/MA studies
• provide internships for university students on dual
trainings, and for high school students
• measure the skill levels per job
• develop the soft skills
• on workshops

Social responsibility
At Adient, we consider it important to help the villages with
volunteer programs. Our “Blue Sky” program is special
because the projects we implement in the surrounding
villages are based on the ideas of our colleagues.
