Area development at the
Dunavarsány premises of BABLENA TRADE KFT.
The sales revenue of BABLENA TRADE KFT. (Ltd.) exceeded HUF 8 billion in 2019. The then-current 4-hectare
premises in Dunavarsány did not allow for further development, as the existing storage area was not big enough
to store a larger amount of cables. In 2019, we purchased the 3-hectare area next to the premises.

In 2020, we have built a 9,100 m -sized asphalted storage area on the newly purchased ground (the asphalted

area, which is 1/3 of the total area, is seen on the right of the picture). In the same year, a 4,500 m -sized area
was asphalted in the previously existing land (the part at the end of the storage area, next to the building).

Thus, the existing asphalted 15,000 m -sized area has increased to 28,500 m .

The cable drums are stored in the storage areas created in the asphalted area using a computerized register.
In 2021, the sales revenue of the fi rst five months has been HUF 4,550 million. The six-month sales revenue will
be over HUF 6,000 million, and the annual sales revenue is expected to be approximately HUF 12,000 million.
The development of the premises has made it possible to manage a larger stock, which is a condition for
achieving higher sales revenue.
In the coming years, 13,000m of paved area will be built on the purchased new area, and we plan to build a

cable packaging hall and an open cable storage warehouse on the old area.
