Hollókő is the only Hungarian village listed on the UNESCO World Heritage List. The World Heritage Committee added the Palóc
village in Nógrád County to the list in 1987, so the name “Hollókő” is well known also on the international tourism market. Cas-
tellum Hotel Hollókő**** opened its gates in this traditional Palóc village at the end of 2016.
