Area development by BABLENA TRADE KFT. at its premises in Dunavarsány

The sales revenue in year 2022 of the cable wholesale company, which has been serving customers for 30 years, was
HUF 22,259.5 million, which is the highest since the beginning of its operation, and 1.6 times of the sales revenue of
2021. In addition to the favourable market situation, the achievement of this revenue was facilitated by the use of

the 13,600 m storage area opened in 2020.
In 2022, we have continued to expand the asphalted storage area by 12,400 m in the land purchased in 2019. With
2
this, the extension of the additional storage area in the newly purchased land has been completed. Thus, we have
2
a total of 40,600 m of storage area covered by concrete and bitumen. The value of the stock to be stored ranges
between HUF 5.5 to 6.5 billion so that we are able to meet the customer demands safely. While planning the storage

areas, we have also designed the rainwater drainage system. The nearly 11,000 m of rainwater collected in our own
area is drained in a small part in the drainage ditch parallel to highway no. 51, and in a larger part in the drainage
ditch parallel to the protective forest, with the created slope.
Due to the decrease in the customer demand in the first half of 2023, we have achieved a sales revenue of HUF 7,573

million in the first half of the year. We trust that the customer demands will increase in the second half of the year 2023.
In the coming years, we intend to further increase our packaging capacity by expanding the packaging hall, and by
putting additional equipment into operation, the material handling will also be solved systematically. We support

the efficient work by having created the management office (purchasing, packaging, management of delivery) as

close to the work processes as possible.
