The Nyíregyháza Application (NYHApp) is a multifunc-
tional, interactive, informative and constantly updated mo-
bile application that provides much useful information
about Nyíregyháza for its residents and tourists. Users

receive first-hand information about the local news, the
sights, the events, and the discounts.
NYHApp provides information to its users via several

menu items: local news, city of attractions (tourist att rac-
tions, monuments, museums, culture, arts, sports, leisure
time, useful information), programmes, events, shows,
online ticket purchase, smart map, discounts, voting, no-

tifications, administration, emergency numbers, medical
services, emergency care.
Users can download the Application from the Applica-
tion store (Google Play or AppStore) set on their phone’s
operating system by default for free.
All places in the application are located to help you fi nd
your way easily or plan a route. The locations of parking

meters and electric vehicle charging stations, the availabil-
ity of smart tickets and the routes to the railway stations
provide useful transport information.
Active users can benefit from the regularly updated dis-

counts which can be used at the city’s most important

attractions that are popular among tourists.
NYHApp also provides an opportunity for the registered
residents of Nyíregyháza to easily send their comments
and suggestions regarding the administrative area of the
town to the competent authorities via the notifi cation
interface.
