                                            Bike tour among the iconic heritage
                                                     sites of the Upper Tisza region

                                                              Tisza’ here, which is commemorated by the Petőfi  Tree
                                                              at the border of the village. The water mill in Túristvándi,

                                                              in a picturesque setting, on the banks of the Old-Túr, is a

                                                              special building representing the history of industry. Th ere









                     The route of the tour largely follows the marked bike tour-

                     ing route no. 33, so we have nothing else to do but follow
                     the signs. The route runs on the bicycle path between

                     Fehérgyarmat and Kisar, and on shaded side roads with


                     low traffic on the other sections. The section of the bike

                     touring route between Sonkád and Csaholc is particularly   are incredibly spectacular, beautifully renovated medieval
